Something nice to watch – next generation S60

Anna Kruchowski

You know, there are times when music, images, and story just seem to be so interwoven that it is like watching someone play the piano and seeing music in colors. As with Scandinavian design, this piece seems so very Swedish. There is also a brief piece where Peter Horbury meets Mr. Armagan. I think that in the brief moment you can see how Peter is our brand, how the way he talks with Mr. Armagan is the way he talks to his designs.

Volvo: Esref Armagan, a blind artist with remarkable skills, will make a painting of a car which no one has seen yet. In addition, he will take requests from Volvo fans to draw specific car parts. A full documentary will be featured on our fan page starting today.

Good week to you all,

Dan

    That was absolutely wonderful…

    Hi Mark,
Yes. You know, it’s about selling cars, that’s what we do. But it’s also about people and sometimes people you would never meet or know about. When I saw this, it’s a vew into another world. Don’t know about you, but I just didn’t think about a blind person making art, but why not. What is art but an interputation of an impression, if by eyes, sound, feeling, whatever. I think socity doesn’t pay enough attention to it’s artists. Look how we judge ancient cultures, by their art. I’m proud that we did this piece because it goes beyond selling cars. Peter Horbury understands the emotion of cars and Mr. Armagan sees what we don’t see.

    take care,
