What accessories can you fit in your S60?

This link just came over from our Parts/Accessory guys in Rockleigh. It’s a great app about what we are offering with accessories for our cars.
I spent 10 years in our Accessory Group in Rockleigh. Rather good fun since we had to make certain that all of our accessories fit in our cars and that the installation instructions were easy to follow. Which meant our groups’ Volvos were fitted with just about everything we could pick off our warehouse shelves. My boss, Wayne Baldwin, even built a whole SCCA Pro-Rally car from spare parts ‘borrowed’ from inventory, of course with the blessing of Mitch Duncan, VP of Parts Division. Wayne even left the inventory picking tags on parts just to prove that it came from inventory. I wonder what happened with that car. I don’t think it had a VIN number since the ‘body in white’ came from spare parts.
Anyway, have fun with this new tool.

Did that mean you also had to buy an assortment of Kayaks & Bicycles to make sure that they all fit readily? And of course you had to proceed to test all the sports equipment as well….
I find it an intriguing concept that all the body panels for a 142 were actually available in US inventory. And that’s coming from the engineer to whom “The impossible only takes a bit longer”. That is, unless the secret code word is “Halifax”.

Dave, I didn’t look a gifted horse in the mouth. I ‘borrowed’ my share of goodies from our warehouse over the years. Even had a Stage 4, B230 tucked away. Alas, Mr. Duncan found it and then it truly disappeared.
As to body panels from Halifax. Not a snow ball chance. That place has long ago been shuttered.
All Branded cars can use external accessories like Roof racks and cargo carriers , they are very much needed for cars.
